Return Policy

༒For whatever reason, you have 30 days to return the product from the date of receipt. If you are outside this period, unfortunately, we will not accept your return application (not caused by product quality).

༒All returned/exchange items must be returned undamaged, undamaged, and unwashed, and all original labels are affixed to the original packaging. Otherwise, all expenses incurred will be borne and will not be canceled.

Return method

Does not meet the return conditions

Refund

Replace

If the item you received is defective or damaged during transportation and needs to be replaced, please contact us within 7 days after receipt. Customer service will decide with you to replace or refund.

Cancel order

IRITESUNE will usually ship your order within 48 hours. To cancel an order, please contact Nuptio as soon as possible to cancel your order and get a refund immediately. However, if your order has been sent, we will refund your payment when you return the order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be calculated according to the courier company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, and for this reason, consumers do not need to bear the freight.
